The office was founded in Baghdad in 1984 and re-established in Germany in 2004. Today it supports construction and development projects across Europe and the Middle East.

RYA stands for Raid Yassin Alezzi. The sole proprietorship is led by Dipl.-Ing. Raid Alezzi and is based in Essen, Germany.
Services include engineering consulting, design, construction supervision, surveying, land development, and economic and technical studies.
Projects are supported in German, English and Arabic, with a geographical focus on Europe and the Middle East.
