3. Website delivery and hosting
When you access the website, technically necessary connection data may be processed, including IP address, date and time, requested file, referrer, browser type, operating system and status code. This processing supports secure and stable delivery.
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Vercel may process data in the United States and states that it uses the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where required, Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Contact by email
When you contact us by email, we process your information to respond and handle follow-up questions on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
Google Workspace is used for business email. The provider in the EEA is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Processing outside the EEA cannot be excluded.
Enquiry data is deleted when its purpose no longer applies and no statutory retention duty or legitimate reason requires continued storage.
5. Contact via WhatsApp
The contact page contains an external WhatsApp link. A connection is established only after you open it. Use is voluntary; telephone and email remain available.
6. Contact form
When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, any organization you provide and the content of your message in order to respond. Depending on the enquiry, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA, is used for technical email delivery. Form data may be processed in the United States. Resend states that it provides appropriate safeguards for international transfers. The enquiry is delivered as an email to our Google Workspace mailbox; no additional database of form submissions is maintained.
Data is deleted once the enquiry has been fully handled unless statutory retention duties or legitimate reasons require continued storage.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
No analytics, marketing or personalization services and no non-essential cookies are currently used. If this changes, non-essential technologies will only be activated after valid consent under Section 25 TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
8. Fonts and external content
The website font is served locally. Maps, videos, social-media plugins and tracking pixels are not embedded.
